主要介绍制造执行系统(MES)在制药行业的应用,MES是一套面向制造企业车间执行层的生产信息化管理系统,它可以实现对药品生产过程的信息化管控,是医药制造企业信息化建设的主要部分。结合具体案例,介绍MES系统的架构、功能、优势特点以及实施和验证方案等,探讨构建以MES为核心的生产企业信息化系统。通过结合医药制造业本身的产业特点,开发适用于制药过程的MES系统,建设以物料追溯、工艺、质量、设备管理、电子批记录为核心的信息管理平台,实现对药品生产过程的信息化管控,加码智能制造,助力药企数字化升级。
The lecture mainly introduces the application of manufacturing execution system (MES) in pharmaceutical industry. MES is a production informatization management system, which oriented to the workshop executive level of manufacturing enterprises. It can realize the informatization management of drug production process, and is the main part of the informatization construction of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises. Combined with specific cases, this lecture introduces the architecture, functions, advantages and characteristics of the MES, as well as the implementation and verification scheme, and discusses the construction of the informatization system for production enterprise with MES as the core.
By combining the industrial characteristics of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, MES applicable to the pharmaceutical process is developed, the informatization management platform, which takes material traceability, process, quality, equipment management, electronic batch records as the core is built, in order to achieve the informatization management of drug production process, and promote intelligent manufacturing and the digitized transformation of pharmaceutical enterprises.
